Delivery is free within Avon, Ohio, and $5 within a 20 mile radius of Avon, Ohio. All Deliveries within 20 miles of Avon are free on orders over $100

Orders may be accepted up to 48 hours in advance, with the exception of custom cakes and large orders, which must be ordered at least 2 weeks in advance

Order cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours prior to requested completion time and will be provided with a full refund. Custom cake order cancellations are accepted up to 5 days prior to requested completion time and will be provided with a full refund.  

Order cancellations less than 48 hours prior to requested completion time will not be provided with a refund. Custom cake order cancellations less than than 5 days prior to requested completion time will not be provided with a refund.

The customer is responsible for the order upon picking up or receiving delivery.  Double Batch Gluten Free Bakery LLC is not liable for dropped or damaged items. 

By purchasing goods Double Batch Gluten Free Bakery LLC, customer acknowledges and understands that our products are made in a shared kitchen. Double Batch Gluten Free Bakery LLC takes precautions to prevent cross-contamination, however, there is always a risk that trace amounts of gluten may be present in our products. By purchasing from us, customer agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Double Batch Gluten Free Bakery LLC, its owners, employees and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage, or injury of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, personal injury, illness, or death) arising out of or related to the consumption of any of our products or the use of our services.
